“We had an excellent couple of nights' stay here. Good value for money, great location, very nice big clean room and friendly staff too. Free parking on site is also a bonus. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Monmouth in the future.”

“Excellent service! I stayed here for one night on my way back from a work trip. My room was upgraded which was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and well presented. Monmouth is lovely, it’s a beautiful town and there is a lot to see and do! There is a fuel station down the road and a Lidl just over the river (if you need some cheap food) (if you are made of money, Waitrose is opposite) The staff were very friendly and it was very nice to see a smiling face after I arrived late!”

“Down here for work. Very friendly staff. Great location. Free parking. Really clean and tidy rooms, beds are so comfortable and so are the pillows! Best night's sleep I've had in ages, even in a single bed (larger than a normal single) Warm room, nice powerful shower, takeaway and shop 1 minutes walk away. I recommend having a breakfast, absolutely bang on. Great value for money. I'd rather stay here than a bigger hotel any day of the week.”

He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, offering great local recommendations and always being on hand to assist with any questions. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return in the future. The combination of a comfortable setting and excellent service made it a memorable visit.”
